For 90 years, Judson Center has been a valuable resource for children and families in Southeast Michigan. Through four core human services programs, Judson Center strives to rescue, restore, and improve the lives of those challenged by abuse, neglect, autism, developmental disabilities or mental health challenges. From corporate sponsors and individual donors to committed families and volunteers, FORE the Kids helps to raise funds vital to the continuation of Judson Centers’ mission of building brighter futures for children and families in our community.
Participants will join celebrity golfers, including MLB and NFL greats Ricky Leach and Jamie Morris as well as dbusiness Editor R.J. King and Channel 7 co-anchor Vic Faust, for a fun-filled day of silent and live auctions, a BBQ lunch, cocktails, dinner, and a friendly competition on the golf course.
Golfing Shotguns will commence at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. followed by a cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m. and a celebration dinner at 6:30 p.m. Contests and prize giveaways will occur throughout the day and will feature a hole-in-one competition for a 36-month lease on a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray sponsored by Mike Savoie Chevrolet and a 50/50 helicopter ball-drop raffle sponsored by Total Health Care. those who don’t golf but would still like to participate, tickets to attend the cocktail hour and celebration dinner will be available for purchase. Ticket holders are also welcome to partake in the day’s festivities.
