The Sussex County Trails Partnership will be hosting a Trail Clean Up on Friday, June 7. We will be cleaning up the Whitehall Hill Road area of Andover.
Due to limited parking at Whitehall Hill Road, we will meet at the Smith Street parking lot in Andover (use 3 Smith Street, Andover NJ 07821 for the closest GPS reference). Be sure to park on the trails side of the parking lot and NOT in any business or residential parking areas. From there, we will carpool over to Whitehall Hill Road, at the intersection of Rt. 206. A shuttle car will be available to return you to the parking area at any time during the event.
Groups and individuals will meet at 8:30 a.m. Company teams welcome!
Please bring any tools and supplies that will facilitate this work, such as litter pickers, gloves, sunscreen, bug spray, clippers/loppers, water, snack, long pants and long sleeve shirt for protection against poison ivy, etc. NO chainsaws are permitted.
