Fall Trail Ride - 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Maxwell Wildlife Refuge - 2565 Pueblo Road in Canton. An enjoyable ride on 2300 acres of native prairie located in the heart of the Smoky Hills. Riders must furnish their own horses. The ride begins at the Friends of Maxwell Tour Center at 10 a.m. Gates open at 9 a.m. Full day ride: $35 each. Half day ride: $25 each. Lunch is provided by the Friends group. Reservations are required.
