Parker Paws is a foster-based, all-volunteer, non-profit 501©3 organization with a mission to reduce shelter overcrowding and pet overpopulation through our Community Outreach Programs. SNIP (Spay Neuter Incentive Program) offers low/no-cost spay/neuters to pet owners who cannot otherwise afford it for their pets and our low-cost microchip clinics help lost pets find their way home.
