My credentials include Six Sigma Green Belt certification (process improvement), Civil Air Patrol chaplain, and frequent stints as a college associate faculty member and career coach.  Academically, I hold an AAS chemical technology, BS chemistry, MDiv pastoral counseling, and an MBA.  Currently, I am in the initial stages of planning to enter a doctor of business administration (DBA) program.  My dissertation will focus on the intrinsic superiority of relationship-based sales and marketing techniques compared to traditional sales and marketing techniques such as cold calling, advertising, and direct mail.

Finally yet most importantly, I am in my 45th year of marriage to Kathy.  We have three children and two grandchildren.

Michael Meier
Michael Meier is the Principal and Co-Founder of Aristocrat Realty & Development. He studied Business Management at Johnson County Community College and Pittsburg State University. With over two decades of entrepreneurial success, Michael transitioned from a local retail owner to real estate, driven by his commitment to excellent customer service. Under his leadership, Aristocrat Realty now has a team of 34 agents. The Kansas City Business Journal recognizes Michael as a #1 top broker in the Kansas City area for retail sales in 2023 and 2024.  Specializing in off-market transactions and commercial developments, Michael brings passion and expertise to every project.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys tailgating and supporting the Chiefs and Royals and spending time with his daughters, Julia and Wrenley, and his fiancé, Kailey. He represents the PCR3 school district and serves on the Capital Campaign Committee for the Northland Career Center. Michael is a Parks Board Commissioner for Kansas City, Missouri, and a board member on the BZA Board for KCMO. Additionally, he serves on the boards of the Platte County Economic Development Council (PCEDC), the Northland Chamber of Commerce, and Starlight Theatre. He is also a board member for Platte County Senior Services and the Northland Workforce Development Centers 501(c)(3).

Michael actively supports Children's Mercy Hospital, the Alzheimer’s Foundation, Shadow Buddies, and Ronald McDonald House.
