Claudia came to the U.S. in 2005, from Germany, where she completed a 3-year apprenticeship and trade school degree in hospitality.  She brings with her over 15 years of hospitality experience.

After some first opportunities in different customer service positions, while raising four children, she found her way back to the hotel world as sales manager at the Holiday Inn University Plaza, here in Bowling Green.

In time and due to active involvement with the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce she transitions into a position at the Chamber as Director of Partnership Services, forging long-lasting relationships within our local business community.

Within the next years, she looked for some further personal development and other experiences and her professional road eventually brought her back to the hospitality industry and to Three Springs Hospitality, at the beginning of 2020 as Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn Express.

Claudia is still actively involved with the Chamber as an Ambassador,  she deeply cares about the businesses and industries in our area and enjoys working with them.

She is excited to represent all of Three Springs Bowling Green hotels as the Regional Director of Sales.

As much as she loves the tourism and hotel world, she also loves to support local non-profit organizations and volunteers when she has a chance.

In her private time, it is all about her husband Darrel and their kids, they have 6 between the two of them. Making great memories with her family is her priority. Claudia loves to read and travel, especially to the beach. She is looking forward to exploring more of the United States, which has now been her home for almost 16 years.
