The Board of Education of Carroll County will hold a special meeting for the adoption of the final FY20 operating budget on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at approximately 7:15 p.m. (immediately following the Educational Facilities Master Plan hearing). The meeting will be held in the Charles I. Ecker Boardroom at the Board of Education offices, located at 125 North Court Street, Westminster. The public is encouraged to attend. West Middle School Raises Over $10,000 in ALS Fundraiser

Ken Mihalyov, a science teacher at West Middle School has led all Team Galaxy students to participate in the “You Have the Power to End ASL” fundraiser this year. In total, students have raised and secured sponsor donations totaling $10,891.15.
