Free Workforce Training Program-Introduction to Construction
The Introduction to Construction is a four day program designed for individuals seeking to embark on a rewarding career in the construction industry. This specialized program begins with an overview of the industry and combines essential career readiness skills with introductory technical training, ensuring participants are well-prepared to succeed in entry level construction-related roles. Our curriculum focuses on honing career readiness skills such as resume building, interview preparation, and professional communication, alongside developing a solid understanding of construction fundamentals, site safety protocols, and industry-specific terminology.
