Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) is pleased
to announce Susan Valerio has been promoted to Branch-II Manager at JBT’s
Newmanstown location.
To achieve Branch-II
level, the Branch-I Manager must possess superior leadership skills while
advancing the bank’s goals for delivering customer satisfaction and reliably supporting
deposit and loan volume objectives. Valerio will continue her work to ensure
delivery of JBT’s signature Bank on a Smile® service, lead her branch team daily, and
provide a complete range of financial products to clients in eastern Lebanon
and western Berks Counties, including the Womelsdorf and Robesonia areas.
Valerio’s banking career began in 1979 at National
Central Bank in Newmanstown, and she then joined JBT in 1998 as Branch Manager. She is a graduate of ELCO High School and
continues to develop her bank management skills through accredited banker training
and development programs. Additionally, Valerio volunteers as Treasurer with
the ELCO Education Foundation. She resides in Newmanstown and enjoys spending time
with family and reading.
