Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT)
recently presented a $620 donation to Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity (LLHH) in support of the organization’s mission within the community.
Funds collected were generated through employee events coordinated by JBT volunteers. A portion of the total was collected by JBT offering its employees, who are normally suited in professional attire, the ability to purchase “casual friday” credits. Employees who contributed at least $5.00 could wear jeans to work for the day.
LLHH was formed in 2016 when previously-established
local community organizations in Lancaster and in Lebanon united into a single
regional organization. LLHH works to support local families by providing
affordable new or reconditioned housing and other programs to help families break
the cycle of poverty while living in a safe, secure environment.
Founded in 1873, JBT currently has assets of more than $500 million and 13 full-service locations. JBT serves customers in Lancaster County, Lebanon County, and surrounding areas.
