Paul brings exceptional experience to Long Brightbill. He received his Juris Doctorate with honors in 1979 from Stetson University College of Law where he was recognized as a Dana Scholar for outstanding academic performance, after which Paul obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) degree in taxation from the University of Florida. Paul has practiced in Pennsylvania and Florida for more than 40 years and was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1981.
Paul’s practice primarily centers around providing extensive assistance to clients in matters of estate planning and administration. He also serves as a trusted advisor to business owners, negotiating complex business agreements and representing both buyers and sellers in business transfers. Moreover, Paul’s expertise extends to real estate law, where he handles various aspects ranging from residential and commercial transfers to representing developers and lenders.
