M1 Concourse Breaks Ground for Service Center
M1 Leadership yesterday broke ground for their latest phase of improvements to the 87-acre facility in Pontiac. The new performance service center will open in 2023 to service M1 garage owners and participants in M1 signature events.
In attendance were Pontiac Mayor Tim Greimel and Deputy Mayor Khalfani Stephens as well as representatives of Oakland County, Bloomfield Township and project partners from Prefix Corporation including Jhan Dolphin, Vice President of Business Development.
The center is a joint venture with M1 Concourse and Prefix of Rochester Hills. Designed to service and fuel performance and specialty vehicles, it is the only service center of its kind inside of a private garage and track community.
