Pontiac, Michigan (July 22, 2022) - CYNERGE CONSULTING, a leading provider in the IT industry focusing on consulting and web & app development and parent enterprise to event management software company LocalHop, announced the acquisition of KALPA Systems Inc., a web-based professional development tracking company specialized in the management of professional development for K-12 schools, college institutions, and public libraries nationwide.

The purchase of KALPA Systems, Inc., based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, further increases Cynerge Solution’s share in the IT development market and will boost LocalHop’s potential presence within school libraries. “The combination of KALPA, with our sister company, LocalHop, who specializes in event management software for the library space, will provide our clients with an even more efficient and positive experience,” said Matt Russell, president and CEO of Cynerge Consulting and LocalHop. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share.”

Cynerge Consulting will use KALPA Systems Inc.’s existing capabilities and resources to continue to manage current client’s professional development more effectively and implement features that make their job easier. While our parent company is still in the transitional process, KALPA’s current clients will continue to receive the same high-quality treatment and customer service.

With this new acquisition, Cynerge Consulting and LocalHop will help KALPA Systems Inc. expand its services in new markets, create new product development enhancements, and a build a renewed focus on excellent customer service and client-specific customizations.
