BIRMINGHAM, MI, March 24, 2020 - The City of Birmingham has set up a COVID-19 hotline to address non-emergency questions about current conditions related to the Coronavirus pandemic. Residents are encouraged to call the hotline at 248-530-1805, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The community may use the hotline for information about City and County COVID-19 resources. Elderly and immunocompromised individuals are encouraged to use the hotline to request assistance with essential functions.

“We appreciate everyone’s cooperation with the directive to stay home and stay safe. The City is committed to serving as a resource to our community through this pandemic,” said Birmingham City Manager Joe Valentine. “Our goal is to continue essential City services while providing guidance and assistance pertaining to COVID-19.”

As the public adjusts to the Governor’s stay-at-home order effective through April 12, the City is reminding residents that critical infrastructure workers remain available for assistance.
