Michigan City - Weekend events celebrate the scents, sounds
and flavors of fall at The Brewery Lodge & Supper Club, 5727 N 600 W.
The 3rd annual Bourbon & Bonfire Tasting Event is from
5:30 to 10 pm Saturday Oct. 19. The 21-and-over event features a top shelf
bourbon tasting table, bourbon bramble mini cocktail, buffet dinner with
in-house smoked meats, live music by Sofa King Revolution and bonfire.
Tickets are $55 and also include: full cash bar, 2 free
drink tickets and specially smoked beer from Zorn Brew Works.
The buffet dinner opens at 6 pm with live music from 6 to 10
pm. The full bar begins at 5:30 pm with bourbon concoctions and apps and is
open late. Gold Leaf of Michigan City can help you pair your purchase with the
bourbon tastings.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the outdoor ambience at The Lodge
and explore the grounds.

Brew Foot 5K takes to the trails for day of outdoor festivities
Run or walk along the trails nestled in the woods around The
Lodge on Sunday Oct. 20.
The 2nd Annual Brew Foot 5K includes a day of
outdoor fun with a DJ dance party, trail access to run, jog or walk, cash bar, themed
drink stations and on-site restaurant to fuel up after exercising.
Tickets are $20 and also include 2 drink tickets for Zorn
craft beer or mimosas. Add $7 for the BYO bottomless mimosa bar or add $19 for
the brunch buffet featuring Chef Gregg's Lodge creations, BYO oatmeal and
waffle station and more. Reservations are required for the brunch add-on by
calling (866) 625-6343.
Check-in is at 9 am with the Runner’s Trail Race 5K kicking off at 10 am. Brunch will be served from 9 am to 1 pm and the music will jam from 9 am to 2 pm with the DJ party at the finish line. Guests can walk the trails with their favorite beverage from 11 am to dusk.
Leashed dogs are welcome, and this is a family-friendly
event.
