M1 Concourse and Prefix Corporation are working together to provide members and visitors to the Pontiac, Michigan motorsport and track facility with a new on-site performance Service Center

PONTIAC, Michigan, Sept. 26, 2022 - M1 Concourse and Rochester Hills-based Prefix Corporation have agreed on a strategic partnership in creating a new Service Center for the property, while providing private garage owners with a variety of important vehicle performance services directly on site. The M1 Concourse is an 87-acre motorsports community and entertainment facility with a state-of-the-art 1.5-mile Performance Track and its own private Motorsports Club and new enthusiast Car Club. It is a place where enthusiasts keep, show and exercise their vehicles in the company of other enthusiasts and enjoy unforgettable experiences in a social setting, not typically available to people who keep their cars at home or in a traditional storage facility. The unique motorsport and entertainment facility is host to numerous major automotive events each year, including the Woodward Dream Show, Motor Trend’s Roadkill Nights, monthly Cars & Coffees, and the second annual American Speed Festival this coming weekend. “We’re excited about the partnership with Prefix as the official operator of the new M1 Service Center coming to M1,” said M1 Concourse CEO Tim McGrane. “Their experience with luxury and performance vehicles, combined with an extensive list of amazing automotive capabilities will provide our garage owners and track customers with an extremely capable resource for high-end vehicle services. The approx. 3,000 sq ft facility will be constructed with the equipment and space required to perform regular maintenance, pre-race inspections, wheel mounting and balancing, alignments, and a variety of additional performance vehicle services.

The M1 performance building will also include a fuel station with performance and recreational fuels, providing an additional convenience for members and users of the facility All custom paint applications, vehicle restorations, and more extensive work will take place at the new Prefix 25+ acre corporate headquarter campus in Rochester Hills.
