TRION SOLUTIONS JOINS NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER
ORGANIZATIONS

22, 2016] -- Troy-based Professional Employer Organization and human
resources services firm Trion Solutions, Inc., has joined the National Association
of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
As The Voice of the PEO IndustryTM, NAPEO is the
national trade association for PEOs, comprising approximately 85% of the
industry’s gross revenues. Through NAPEO membership, Trion has gained access to
a wealth of resources on the PEO industry and joins the largest association of
experts in professional employer services.
Trion Solutions is a highly successful national provider of
value-added human resources services, delivering customized HR, benefits,
payroll, Workers’ Compensation, tax and compliance solutions. Trion operates in
a wide range of industries, primarily serving small and medium-sized
businesses. Through joining NAPEO, Trion is able to bolster their expertise in
the PEO industry and add further value to their human resource services.
NAPEO membership grants Trion access to a comprehensive
regulatory database with detailed information about laws, regulations and taxes
that affect human resource services at state and federal levels, updates on
regulatory and legislative developments, an online library containing roughly
1,000 technical articles about human resource services and more.
NAPEO reports a number of statistics highlighting the value
their members add to the industry. For instance, while only 27% of small
businesses offer employee retirement plans, 95% of NAPEO members offer
retirement plans to their small business worksite employees. Additionally,
businesses using PEOs are 50% less likely to permanently go out of business from
one year to the next than those who aren’t using a PEO.
