This is a full time permanent position.

 

  • Performs facility, grounds, and amenity maintenance to assure the timely and efficient completion of assigned and ongoing tasks with safety as the top priority.
Requirements:  
  • Performs facility, grounds, and amenity maintenance to assure the timely and efficient completion of assigned and ongoing tasks with safety as the top priority.
  • Prepares facilities for daily use as well as special activities and events. Responsibilities include routine facility inspections, putting things back in order, trash removal, facility tidiness and safety. Facilities include buildings, parking lots, roads, trails, pool, tennis courts, and pond amenity. Works with program coordinator on setting up and re-setting activities.
  • Keeps the Cabana and Stonebridge Club interior and exterior of the buildings and grounds in a safe, neat, and clean condition. Secures all equipment and tools.
  • Maintains inventory of trash and recycling totes reporting to the executive director. Delivers trash and recycling totes and informational documentation to General District homeowners per the request of the director.
  • Proactively maintains orderly work (including vehicles) and storage areas.
  • Identifies, reports, and performs minor repairs on grounds in the Landowner Association amenities and along common connector roads.
  • Reports to supervisor and/or executive director on safety issues on roads, trails, sidewalks, and building amenities.
  • Takes the lead for the department on tennis courts, walking trails (including lighting), mail houses, vehicles and other areas as assigned.

Salary Range:
