Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic
thinker and marketing expert who is passionate about making connections and
creating impactful marketing campaigns. The Strategic Marketing Director will
be responsible for managing our presence in various trade organizations,
planning and executing sponsorship and community events, and leading marketing
initiatives with our administrative staff and external partners. This role is
integral to promoting the Red River brand and expanding our network of strong
industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities:

Trade Organization Engagement:
?
Actively participate in 10
different trade organizations, attending meetings and events to represent Red
River Roofing.
?
Plan and coordinate
activities for these organizations, maintaining calendars, scheduling events,
and liaising with staff managers.
Event Planning and Execution:
?
Plan and execute sponsorship events, including creating booth
designs and themes aligned with event objectives.
?
Research and plan community events, ensuring effective booth design
and setup to maximize engagement.
Networking and Relationship Building:
?
Serve as the lead developer in an OKC-based contractor organization
(Referral Network), fostering strong industry relationships.
?
Develop a target list through organizational networking, focusing
on establishing meaningful contacts.
Content Creation and Public Speaking:

Plan and assist with podcast production, including on-air speaking
to promote Red River Roofing.
?
Engage in minor public speaking at events to enhance brand
awareness and promote our services.
Marketing Committee and Agency Collaboration:
?
Work closely with the administrative staff-based marketing
committee to review and enhance our website and social media presence.
?
Collaborate with our external marketing agency (High Five Media) on
reviewing budgets, video scripts, and social media themes.
