High School Diploma or GED required;
Knowledge of the food industry, including the safe storage, preparation and serving of food and beverage according to rules and regulations of the Wicomico County Health Department;
Ability to order and deliver services for large food service functions;
Ability to effectively communicate and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members and members of the public;
Ability to assist with menu planning, keeping menus updated and current with dining trends;
Required to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by the schedule of contracted events;
A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications; and Ability to pass drug test and background check.
