The Crew Leader is responsible for assisting in the care and upkeep of the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex, with particular focus on facility maintenance and staff oversight during weekend tournaments. This position:
- Communicates with site directors and tournament officials to ensure that the facility is maintained properly to meet event needs;
- Sets up baseball/softball fields;
- Cleans restrooms and collects trash;
- Mows, landscapes, fertilizes, irrigates, and applies pesticides; and
- Assists Facility Supervisor and Parks Administration in the off-season with projects and tasks as needed.
