We are seeking a focused and driven individual who possesses excellent time management skills and has the ability to work with confidence and precision. Our new Estimator & Inside Sales Specialist will review sets of plans for upcoming and ongoing jobs, use software programs to generate cost/quantity estimates for various scopes of work, and assist our sales team as needed.
While much of this role will be spent behind a computer and/or at a desk, there will be many times where he/she will be needed at various job sites as well as out in the field performing property assessments.
The right person for this job will be organized, hungry to excel, able to work on strict deadlines, and be passionate about generating opportunities for our industry-leading contracting company through sales efforts and networking.
Experience in construction, plan reading, cost estimating, sales, and customer service is a plus.
