We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, electrical work, CMMS applications, working as a team and the ability to troubleshoot situations to find a solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Work collectively with machine operators and Team Leads regarding machine repairs, machine delays, routine maintenance and recommended adjustments for equipment.

2. Install, program and make adjustments to PLC controlled machines.

3. Interpret blueprints used in the electrical and mechanical systems of the company.

4. Ensures that the safety systems and installation procedures for guarding and interlocks meet safety standards.

5. Responsible to complete Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

6. Supports OSHA job safety and health initiatives required of the organization.

7. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

8. Participate in cross functional teams to ensure continuous on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.

9. Comply with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you need to join our team:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 -75lbs
  • Willingness to learn and work as a team
  • Desire to grow with a stable company
