General Job Summary:  This is a full-time position located on the Emmetsburg Campus. Primary responsibilities include leading initiatives and projects that create robust partnerships with regional K-12 school districts, businesses, industries, organizations, and other community partners in order to enhance project-based learning, work experiences aligned with industry-recognized credentials, student learner programs, career exploration, pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, and internships. Some evening and weekend duties required; moderate regional and state travel required. Will require flexible hours.

 

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree with two years of demonstrated successful, relevant experience in areas such as education, communications, business and/or project management, or program and resource development.
