About Us


Williams, Alexander & Associates (WAA) is a New Jersey Corporation with headquarters and operations at 1479 Route 23 South, Suite 207, Wayne, NJ 07470. WAA is a bonded collection service licensed in 42 states and is a credit-reporting agency to Trans Union, Equifax and Experian. It is a payment terminus for Western Union Quick Collect and utilizes an electronic re-presentment and ACH program through a direct relationship with Florida Bank in Tampa, Fl. 

The company was founded in 1992 and has enjoyed a steady growth of diverse customers, both national and local. Its two owners have a combined experience of 50 years in debt management. WAA's employees are professional collectors, most of whom have been with the company for more than four years. Periodic in-house training sessions are held with materials from the American Collectors Association, and weekly department reviews are given to identify individual collectors who may need additional support. All collectors are skilled skiptracers. With a staff of over 25 full & part-time employees, the company is considered mid-sized for New Jersey collection agencies. 

WAA is a member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce, Wayne, NJ., and a member of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau's Customer Satisfaction Program. It is also a member of the American Collectors Association and its Healthcare Services Program and Check Services Program.

The rich history of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce now spans more than a half-century as one of New Jersey’s premier business organizations. Our Mission

As stated by our distinguished Board of Directors, the mission of The Tri-County Chamber of Commerce is to serve its members by cultivating a favorable environment in which Business, Government, Education and the Community at Large can interact. For the benefit of all.

Like other organizations, we are tasked with many responsibilities. However, we never lose sight of the fact that we are here, first, to serve our members. By doing so, we create more than just potential financial rewards for them.
