Hamilton Physical Therapy was established by Billy and Jenn Hamilton in 2019. We have 3 Physical Therapists on staff, 2 of which are Certified Hand Therapists, and 1 PTA. We strive to provide the highest quality of care, education, and attention to our community. We want to provide every patient with an excellent experience while addressing their concerns, limitations and dysfunctions in a supportive and professional manner. We strive to educate each patient on their condition and the treatment that is prescribed. All while making each patient feel welcomed and important throughout their personalized plan of care.

HealthPort's mission is to provide caring, effective, and highly accessible healthcare to all the residents of the Eastern Shore who seek services.Including primary care, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, housing services, employment services, and on site pharmacy, this integrated model of care provides services to over 2000 citizens of Wicomico, Dorchester, Somerset, and Worcester Counties.
