Qualifications:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring: 

1. Sports knowledge and experience preferred. 
2. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not dependent.
3. Typical requirements within 30 days of hire include: completion of CPR, first aid, AED. 
4. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks as directed.
5. Ability to relate to and develop authentic relationships with diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
6. Ability to foster a collaborative team approach to solving challenging situations.
