General Job Summary: This is a full-time, partnership-funded position responsible for providing direct services to students, parents/families, and school staff across two districts and the college to support college preparation and post-secondary success. Campus location to be determined upon hire. Position is contingent upon continued grant funding. Required to travel utilizing personal vehicle.
