    Generational Selling Lunch & Learn

For the first time in American history, there are 6 generations active in the work force:

    The Post War (WW1) (1928-1945 80-97)
    Boomers I* (1946-1954 71-79)
    Baby Boomers II (1955-1964, 61-70)
    Generation X (1965-1980, 45-60)
    Millennials (1981-1996, 29-44) and
    Generation Z (1997-2012, 13-28)

How you get your message across to each generation in order to sell your products to them requires different communications skills and specific knowledge of how each of them make their buying decisions.

This workshop on Generational** Selling will give you the basics of creating your sales strategy to properly tailor products and services to specific generations of people. It's based on the idea that people born in the same time period share similar values, preferences, and buying habits.

    * We increasingly break up Boomers into two different cohorts because the span is so large, and the oldest of the generation have different sensibilities than the younger. In the U.S., Generation Jones (Boomers II) are just young enough to have missed being drafted into war.

**Note: Generation names are based on when members of that generation become adults (18-21).

Your speakers, Hank and Sharyn Yuloff, come to this workshop with a very unique perspective.

Hank is a targeted marketing tactician with a background in sales and marketing who has helped small businesses get bigger for over 35 years.

Sharyn's path went through the business affairs and human resources departments and has become an online marketing expert.

Over the past 13 years, they have morphed their company, Yuloff Creative Marketing Solutions, into a complete marketing services firm, offering traditional and technological coaching programs for small companies who never thought they could afford the benefits of a Chief Marketing Officer.

Several times each year they teach Small Business Breakthrough Bootcamps, are the authors of 8 best-selling business books and hosted 400+ episodes of The Marketing Checklist podcast.

As a tool for small business owners to increase sales, revenue and profits, the Yuloffs created two small business coaching programs (1) a hybrid Do-It-Yourself with group coaching called TheSmallBusinessMarketingPlan.com and (2) private small business coaching. Both programs come with a money-back guarantee, which EVERY generation in business will love.

Lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration is required.
